Basic Skincare Instructions

Morning

1. Use the following products in this order:

  • Wash your face using the Clarisonic brush
  • TNS Essential Serum
  • Vitamin C + E
  • Sunscreen

Evening

2. Use the following products in this order:

  • Retinol

  • Moisturizer

Miscellaneous

3. Follow your customized skincare regimen as prescribed by your skincare specialist.

4. Exfoliate your skin once every 1-2 weeks to remove dead skin and soften it up.

5. Treat your eyes. The area around your eyes is the first place to show visible signs of aging.

6. Be sure to drink lots of water! At least 8-10 glasses is essential for a hydrated and toxin free body.
